Return Eligibility

Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

No Refund Policy

As a general policy, Sammora India does not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or accidental orders.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:

  • A major product defect is confirmed.

  • The wrong item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

  • The product arrives significantly damaged during transit.

  • A valid issue is verified by our support team.

Replacement Policy

In most approved cases, we may offer:

Replacement is generally preferred over refunds whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
